With Santa Claus by his side, Ryan performs donuts and power slides, all while filling our ears with the harmonious melodies of Ferrari’s high-revving and naturally-aspirated V8. With a displacement of 4500cc, the engine, which has been pulled out of a Ferrari 458, produces a breathtaking 562 horsepower in stock form.
Although the LS engine is the go-to engine for most engine swaps, offering ample amounts of power in a compact package, there’s something about the protruding Ferrari inscribed dual overhead cams that are far more desirable.
Replacing the standard 7-speed transmission for a lighter and more durable Fortin Racing 5-speed transmission, Tuerck’s 86 is far from standard. With a custom exhaust system, ECU, bumpers, and a lot more, there’s not a whole lot that’s left stock on the legendary coupe.
